Bovie Screen Process Printing Co., Inc. announced that it has acquired the assets of Quick William, Inc., a digital printer of labels, banners, signs, and vehicle wraps located in Boscawen, NH, USA. The acquisition will supplement Bovie’s existing commercial and industrial capabilities while strengthening its market position in the areas of in-store display and promotions.
“Acquiring Quick William,” explains Bovie’s President, David Gintzler, "will make it possible for Bovie to expand more rapidly within the local commercial space and gives the company a much needed back up in certain digital equipment and graphic skills.” In addition to equipment, Bovie will gain complete access to a very specialized skill set in the rapidly growing arena of vehicle wrapping. Bovie will continue to operate under the Quick William name but will relocate operations to its site in Bow, NH.
