The Labelmakers Group, headquartered in Almere, the Netherlands, has acquired Kolibri Labels, a custom label printer, also based in the Netherlands. With this acquisition, The Labelmakers Group broadens its range of self-adhesive labels while strengthening its position in Pan-European market.
Kolibri Labels specializes in the production of high-quality labels for the cosmetic, chemical and beverage markets. “The company focuses on offering a high level of customer service and expertise in the markets it serves, which makes Kolibri a perfect fit The Labelmakers Group,” says Hoessein Hadaoui, managing director for The Labelmakers Group.
The Labelmakers Group, which is comprised of Telrol, Peha Labels, BioLabel, HACCP Label, LMG Ribbons, Jac-Stick and now Kolibri Labels, prides itself on its strong market position, skilled and enthusiastic staff, a large customer base and reliable vendors. “The acquisition falls in line with our strategic plan for the future, as we look to acquire label companies that share our philosophy of providing high-quality labels and superior customer service. This year, The Labelmakers Group was awarded a certificate for its compostable labels (Bio Label) and became the first label printer in the world with this certificate.
