Domino will be highlighting its digital printing and product identification products at the Delta Industrial Technology Showcase, April 9-10 in Minneapolis, MN, USA.
The Delta Industrial Technology Showcase is a two-day event focused on the latest trends and technology in the printing, packaging and converting industries and will include educational seminars with industry leaders, machine demonstrations, and updates from partner suppliers including a “mini-trade show” breakout session. With more than a dozen partner suppliers and 150 attendees expected from the label, medical, pharmaceutical, and contract converting industries, organizers say this is a highly-anticipated educational and networking event.
Domino will have its K600i digital UV ink jet system on display printing variable data onto a thin film label material, simulating an application that will be of interest to both label printer/converters and medical/pharmaceutical product manufacturers alike. In addition, full-color circle and rectangular-shaped labels pre-printed by Domino’s new N610i digital color + white UV inkjet label press will be shown being die-cut on a Delta Industrial Spectrum finishing system. The label material is being supplied by Wausau Coated Products.
“We look forward to this event with Delta Industrial and the opportunity to showcase our digital printing solutions, says Bill Myers, marketing manager at Domino. "Our company’s value proposition, and what sets us apart from the other guys, is that we offer both digital printing as well as traditional marking and coding product identification systems. For Domino customers, this means that we provide the best-fit technology based on their application and printing requirements. So whether it’s the need to print variable data such as sequential numbers, bar codes, 2D and QR codes onto labels or the need to print a lot/date code or serialization compliance requirement on a pharma pouch or package, Domino has the printing solution,” Myers adds.
