VeriTrack, Inc., a specialist in brand protection technologies and services, has announced it has completed the purchase of security label and vital documents production equipment, including intaglio printing, formerly owned by Sekuworks, LLC from a third party equipment reseller.
With this equipment acquisition, VeriTrack will begin producing custom intaglio printed documents and labels, anti-counterfeit & tamper-indicating labels, tapes and seals along with other brand protection products and services. The company is setting up a new 40,000 square foot manufacturing operation in Harrison, OH, USA and will be in full operation by early October. This site will complement the existing four production locations the company has across the US, bringing total manufacturing space to over 357,000 square feet.
“We are very excited to have the opportunity to re-deploy these important production assets,” says Robert Sherwood, VeriTrack’s VP of Security Programs Management and Global Support. “The equipment has unique capabilities and offers substantial bandwidth to meet the needs of both commercial and governmental brand protection and vital documents verification requirements.”
With this purchase and new facility, VeriTrack is positioned to be a lead provider to companies and governments worldwide who are seeking customized solutions to critical verification, anti-counterfeiting and traceability needs throughout the entire supply chain. The firm has a network of security document and labeling professionals who work with both existing and new relationships in order to develop and implement custom solutions.
