AB Graphic International has appointed Lance Shumaker North American vice president of sales for web inspection systems. Shumaker’s role will focus on promoting the company’s range of inspection cameras and rewinders, to complement the existing sales team in the USA.

“Lance is no stranger to the world of labeling equipment and comes with a wealth of knowledge,” says Al Spendlow, ABG’s chief operating officer. “His experience in automated inspection and quality improvement will have a significant impact in the market.
“North America is a huge market for inspection systems, and with Lance’s determination and drive for success, we’re confident of future growth in sales and market share,” adds Spendlow.
“I am excited about joining the ABG organization,” says Shumaker. “I have known them for many years, followed their tremendous growth and they still have remained a family company at heart. ABG has always been at the forefront of innovation technology and the leader of advanced production solutions for the label and packaging industry. It is an exciting time to be involved with them.”
