Colordyne Technologies has announced that Michael Offerman has joined the company in the role of parts and service manager, reporting to technical director, Ron Brown. Offerman brings 33 years of experience in printing, finishing, engineering, customer service, installation, management and team development to Colordyne's technical team. He will be responsible for technical support, training, field service and parts activities in order to provide excellent customer service to Colordyne's clients.
Offerman began his career with Quad/Graphics in 1983 as a staff engineer. Over the years, he moved to application engineering, customer service manager, and on to managing installation, service and support teams across the United States. His experience spans working with end users and OEMS worldwide to address the needs and service requirements of each channel.
