Nilpeter, the press manufacturer headquartered in Denmark with US manufacturing in Cincinnati, OH, has announced that Inland has invested in two 10-color FA-4* flexo presses.
Formerly known as Inland Packaging, the Wisconsin-based company has an established reputation as a premier label printer for the big beer brands as well as the entire craft brewing industry. In 2015, the the company rebranded itself as "Inland" while adding the tagline, "We Power Great Packaging."
Moving well-beyond the beer market, Inland has risen to prominence in new categories such as pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging. Inland works collaboratively with brand owners and industry partners to advance innovative, best-in-class solutions for food, beverage and consumer product packaging. The company was recently honored with an award from the IMDA for excellence in in-mold labeling.
In October 2015, Inland was selected by L&NW as a "Company to Watch."
For this latest equipment investment, Inland chose Nilpeter as its partner due to the high level of automation and clean-hand solutions provided by the FA-4* presses.
“Nilpeter was a solid choice for us as we planned our strategic growth in pressure sensitive labeling. The clean-hand technologies the FA-4* offer are very appealing to our growing workforce. These are presses with next generation capabilities and we are excited about the possibilities they provide for Inland and our customers,” comments Don Crain, director of procurement, Inland.
“We are very excited to continue our partnership with Inland Packaging. The FA-4* is a perfect fit for their operation and future growth. Inland is a leader in innovation and so is the FA-4*. Our companies goals and objectives are closely aligned and we are proud to be their vendor of choice,” says Paul Teachout, vice president of sales and marketing, Nilpeter USA.
