FLEXcon has announced that Rob Lester will serve as the new regional sales manager for its Western territory.
Lester comes to FLEXcon with extensive experience in sales management. “He has a proven track record for researching markets and creating winning strategies to grow business and improve profitability,” says Harrison Chien, VP of sales.
Lester most recently served as the US sales manager for ITW Labels, developing business strategies and helping to lead the company to extensive growth, specifically in the grocery retail segment, where revenues climbed 60% during his tenure. He also provided sales leadership for ITW’s durable labels market, its consumer packaged goods segment, and its medical and high-tech markets.
In his role at FLEXcon, Lester will lead the sales strategies for his region and work to further develop his team and grow sales within the company’s targeted customer base in the Western United States.
