A B Graphic International (ABG) will be presenting its digital finishing offerings at Dscoop Edge 2024, being held at the Indiana Conference Center, Indianapolis-USA, on March 24-27.
Among the highlights of ABG's display are two machines: the TSR and Digicon Series 3 with fast-track technology.
The TSR 750, ABG’s high-productivity seamer with turret rewinding, includes features such as the smart wheel, a bespoke solution from ABG and automatic rewind splicing. ABG’s modular seaming solutions ensure a constant and strong weld, guaranteeing a seam that remains intact even under heat application.
The Digicon Series 3, ABG’s flagship machine with thousands of installations worldwide, features the patented fast-track diecutting system, now capable of running at 180 m/m. This system works seamlessly with digital print engines, offering efficiency and productivity.
In addition to showcasing its newest technology, ABG will host a presentation focusing on its newly upgraded fast track designed to keep up with the capacity of the V12 press, as well as their non-stop winder (NSW) systems, able to run inline with the HP V12.
Al Spendlow, ABG’s North American director, says, “Dscoop is a great way for us not just to showcase our latest solutions but illustrate our offerings that are capable of matching the huge capacity of today's digital presses, specifically the V12. With solutions like our NSWs, new flexo technology and fast-track diecutting, there’s much to offer our customers, further cementing our position as leaders in the market.”
