Category: Wine & Spirits - Offset - Color Process - Prime. This Full Process image has varying tonal background, designed for a match base color. The porous stock required dense ink laydown.
Diströya, Collotype Labels
Category: Wine & Spirits - Digital Printing/Toner - Color Process Prime. Emphasis was placed on the Indigo print imagery, followed by the offline enhancement elements. The goal was to achieve an "old world" parchment look, yet present highly refined 210 line screen to create a delicate representation of the central graphic.
Daily Che 9in Plastic Plates, Smyth Companies,
Category: Flexography - Color Process - Prime. The label addressed customer need for a very crisp 4/CP image on a relatively low cost paper facestock. Special care was taken on press to hold highlight areas clean.
Crest 3D White Brilliance, Control Group
Category: Roll to Roll -Multi-Process - Line & Screen/Tone - Prime. Thirteen colors were printed, including cold foil, rotary screen, lamination and varnish, along with inline diecutting in one pass. The job proved difficult because of custom made/ flood cold foil.
Colio Sparkling Neck Band, ASL Print FX
Category: Wine & Spirits - Flexography/Letterpress - Line & Screen/Tone - Non-Prime. The goal was to create the look of jewelry or diamonds with dimension and a tactile touch.
Capensis, 2013 Chardonnay, Collotype Labels North American Wine and Spirits
Category: Wine & Spirits - Offset - Line/Prime. The uncoated paper has three offset colors, hot foil stamping, flexo matte varnish, sculpted flat embossing, flat diecutting and offline sequential numbering.
Bath & Body Works White Barn Holiday Apple Crisp, Multi-Color Corporation
Category: Multi-Process - Color Process - Prime. This wraparound candle label was designed for household goods.
American Muscle Exile, McDowell Label & Screen Printing
Category: Multi-Process - Line & Screen/Tone - Prime. This Multi-Process line and screen label incorporates a brushed material, along with soft reverse vignettes and tight register tactile dome.
