Tower Products, a global manufacturer of pressroom chemicals, was recently acquired by a group of private investors and is now headed by CEO Rachel McGrath. As the new CEO, McGrath, joins the company after working for years in the petrochemical industry at Chevron and consulting on innovation products for industrial and chemical companies at Innosight, a consulting firm founded by Harvard professor Clay Christensen.

The entire Tower Products team has remained with the company as it continues to serve a growing market.

L&NW sat down with McGrath to learn more about her background, her vision for Tower Products, and her thoughts on the label and package printing industry.
