impression system
SENSOR PRODUCTS INC.
East Hanover, NJ USA
E-nip is an electronic nip impression
system for real-time static roll analysis.
The sensor system reveals actual
nip width (contact width between rolls)
across the entire length of a roll cross
directionally. It reveals inaccurate roll
alignment, roll skewing and crown
deficiencies. E-nip works on drilled or
grooved rolls of composite, rubber,
metal or other roll material.
