Harper discontinues Swed/Cut blade sales
Harper Corporation of America, Charlotte, NC, no longer is representing the Flxon Swed/Cut line of doctor blades, as of November 30.
Chairman Ron Harper says that the company has decided to focus on its core business of Echocel anilox rolls and HarperScientific’s Anilox Roll Protection Program products.
“Removing this item from our line of products in no way reflects on the quality of this fine product,” he says.”
Harper also announced the expansion of its technical services group from nine people to 13 over the next seven months. The tech service staffers focus on problem solving and productivity increases in converters’ facilities.
