Creative Press sold
to investor group
Creative Press Inc., based in Evansville, IN, has been sold to an investor group consisting of Martin Mayfield LLC, of Cincinnati, and CAC, LLC, a Chicago-based investment group. The announcement was made in early December by Gary Ritchel, former president of Creative Press, who will remain at the company through the transition.
The new president is Keith Stuckert. “By investing both human and financial resources, we intend to enhance current capabilities and market position,” he says. “Creative Press has strong management as well as an excellent skilled work force and extensive client base.”
Creative Press was founded in 1946 by Paul Ritchel. Products produced at the company’s three manufacturing plants include pharmaceutical package inserts and outserts, roll labels, folding cartons, and promotional printed products. The client base is international in scope with a focus in pharmaceutical, financial and general commercial printing markets.
