Piloted flange mount

July 18, 2005

Piloted flange mount
Dover Flexo Electronics
Rochester, NH USA
The Piloted Flange (PFL) bracket is a stainless steel mounting option for both live and dead-shaft size 0, 1 and 2 model C transducers. A pilot step on the circular PFL mounting base fits exactly into a standard pilot-flange bearing-mount footprint on the press frame. The mount footprint of the transducer’s PFL option is the same as for industry standard RFC piloted flange type bearings with a 3.0" pilot hole and a 3.625" diameter 4-hole mounting bolt pattern.
