Total Package acquires Creative Press Inc.
The Total Package Company Inc., of Evansville, IN, has acquired Creative Press Inc., also of Evansville.
Creative Press was founded in 1946 as a small commercial printer and now produces printed packaging components for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as specialty packaging for the entertainment, communication and nutritional beverage industries. The company also produces general promotional and printed instructional materials.
The Total Package was formed to acquire packaging, label and related printing entities and consolidate them into one company.
“Creative was a perfect acquisition because their products fit with the mission of Total Package,” says Keith Stuckert, president and CEO of The Total Package.
John McKay, the new vice president of Creative Press, is responsible for further developing existing customers through new sales initiatives while assessing possible acquisitions.
McKay says that Creative Press would retain existing employees and continue operating in Evansville.
