Idaho converter updates with new equipment
Crown American LLC, a label and flexible packaging printer with locations in Idaho Falls and Boise ID, has completed a total update of its Idaho Falls plant.
The operation has moved to a new production location and has completely updated its press equipment. Crown American has purchased a new Mark Andy 2200 10" eight-color press and a new Mark Andy Scout 10" six-color press. The company’s Boise plant has two Webtron 750 7" presses.
Crown American has hired Art Fields of the Flexographic Trade School as a consultant to reorganize their production system and aid in the layout of the new plant. CEO Evan Bastow, CEO stated, “Art has brought to our company the need systems to put us in a position to be the best in the business. We are excited about how our plants are running now, and look forward to a bright future.”
