Air treatment
Xeikon
Wood Dale IL USA
OmniVac is an internal air treatment system that removes toner dust from corona wires, collecting it into a central filter. It helps maintain high print quality, image consistency and reduces operator maintenance time by nearly 50 percent. OmniVac extends the lifetime of critical parts within the imaging system, such as corona wires, cleaning units and OPC drums. Expect a return on investment of around 12 months, based on average print volumes, as the unit reduces total cost of operation and improves operator efficiency.
