Magpowr relocates, increases capacity
Magpowr, a supplier of tension control systems, has announced plans to relocate its manufacturing operation from Fenton, MO, to the Maxcess International headquarters in Oklahoma City. Magpowr is part of the Maxcess group of companies.
The headquarters location, where Fife guiding and inspection systems are also manufactured, provides access to engineering expertise, advanced software technology and an extensive customer support team, according to Marcel Hage, senior executive of Maxcess.
To ensure that the move will remain transparent to customers, Fife and Magpowr employees are working duplicate shifts to build the inventory levels and technology support at the Oklahoma location while still operating business out of Fenton through a network of distributors and district managers.
