GRE to distribute VIP printers in Europe
GRE Engineering Products, of Steinebrunn, Switzerland, has been appointed exclusive European Distributor for the VP2020 digital inkjet color printer from VIPColor, a US company based in Newark, CA.
The printer will be demonstrated at GRE’s annual open house in April. The event will focus on digital printing and technology demonstrations that will permit printers to create new business from fast turnarounds and short runs. In addition GRE will display units to manufacture booklet labels and linerless labels, as well as the company’s latest innovations and technology updates for its range of pre-owned label printing presses.
GRE also has formed an agreement with Jetrion, a supplier of industrial inkjet inks and equipment and a division of Flint Ink, to offer the Jetrion 3025 Inkjet System and Jetrion inks.
“The Jetrion 3025 enables us to offer our customers a complete solution, including high quality variable bar codes, numbers and text, all on common and special substrates, and at press speeds,” says Rolf Reichle, managing director of GRE.
GRE recently completed the integration of a Jetrion 3025 on a Mark Andy 2200 at its demo facility in the UK.
