Ethanol based ink
Domino Printing Sciences
Cambridge UK
The company introduces an ink formulation for its flagship A-Series continuous ink jet printer range. The new 191BK black ink is ketone- and methanol-free. It is an ethanol based ink able to run for 1200 hours without an air dryer. Its low taint content makes it suitable for a wide range of general purpose applications, such as flexible food packaging and confectionery and pharmaceutical uses. Other ethanol-based inks offered for A-Series printers are the 138BK and 129BK inks.
