AB Graphic expands, invites industry to visit
AB Graphic International will host an open house to celebrate the addition of a new 35,000 square foot (3,200 square meter) factory extension close to the two sites it has occupied in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, England, for the past 30 years. The new structure provides the space needed to bring the company’s engineering and assembly departments under one roof and will house manufacturing of the Digicon and Omega product lines.
“In the new building we will have a well planned and more efficient engineering and assembly operation, as well as the latest equipment to streamline manufacturing and accelerate our product development program,” says Sales Director Tony Bell. “The open house will take place for a week commencing November 27, and we look forward to welcoming visitors from all sectors of the industry.”
AB Graphic International has manufactured converting equipment since the 1950s. It has operations in the UK, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and USA, and distributors worldwide. The portfolio includes specialist turret rewinders, inspection slitter rewinders, label converting systems and specialist equipment for digitally printed webs, such as laser label cutting. Its Digicon machinery is employed in RFID converting for both entry level and high performance applications.
