She has been in the customer service organization for seven years and has functioned as customer service manager for the past three. Amy Bailey will take over as team leader of the group. She also has been with 3 Sigma Customer Service for seven years. Ronica Fischer has joined the company as a customer service representative for the Northeast, Northwest and Plains states regions.
