CMM attracts converters, packagers to

Held for the first time at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, outside of Chicago, CMM International drew a crowd of converters and packaging professionals estimated by the show producer at nearly 7,000. The four-day event featured exhibits by more than 300 companies. This year’s CMM was produced by its new owner, PennWell.
For the 2007 event, CMM featured a converting technology center dedicated to narrow and midweb products. Two narrow web presses were in the special area, one from J&H Printing Solutions and the other from Propheteer. The other participants in the tech center were Martin Automatic, BST Pro Mark, DMS, and Alden & Ott Printing Ink.
