Register control
CC1
Portsmouth NH USA
CC1 has introduced its APR Automatic Press Re-timing system for automatic pre-positioning of color (unit to unit) and cut-off compensators between job runs. Developed as a complement to CC1’s eXaminer Automatic Register Control, APR automatically compensates for errors introduced when disengaging and re-engaging print cylinders, a production challenge associated with the majority of applications involving unit-to-unit configurations. In one turn of the print cylinders, color and cut-off compensators are prepositioned and any error introduced through re-gearing is measured and compensated for.
