PSTC Tape University held at Chemsultants
The Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC) took its experienced faculty and curriculum to the new Chemsultants International laboratory and production facility for its September 17-19 Tape University Fundamentals of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes class.
Combining efforts for this class is just one result of the Alliance for Excellence in Tape Testing, formed late in 2005 by PSTC and Chemsultants International to provide educational opportunities and resources on proven tape testing methods and state-of-the-art tape testing equipment.
Forty attendees experienced classroom lecture and discussion, as well as small group manufacturing, analytical testing, physical testing, and coating and drying demonstrations in the Chemsultants International facilities.
The next sessions of Tape University will occur during the PSTC 2008 Week of Learning, May 5-9 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, MD, USA.
Chemsultants International offers a PSA Tape Testing Training and Certification Workshop, April 8-9, 2008 in Mentor, OH, USA.
