CTC International introduces its Model VTR “Value” Turret Rewinder for non-stop winding of label and tag stock. The machine is designed to wind rolls up to 10" diameter on core sizes ranging from 1" to 3" I.D. This turret can provide core glue, tail glue and roll eject features using only two drives to operate 3 winding spindles.  It operates directly in line with a press, providing single pass non-stop finished roll label production. The Turret can also be used for off-line finishing applications. Standard features include: automatic core glue, automatic tail glue, doctor blade glue wheels, PLC control, automatic swing back core stop, fast operator learning curve, and  there are no mechanical press connections required.
