Mark Andy recently completed the acquisition of Print Products Inc., a distributor of flexographic printing products for US printers and converters. To Mark Andy, the purchase marks an important step in support of its ongoing strategy “to provide a total-solutions approach to our customers, printers and converters in the label printing market.”
Print Products, based in Fenton, MO, USA, opened its doors to converters in 2008 and is a fast-growing flexo supplies provider in North America. Led by owner David Cloud, the company has enjoyed building a solid customer base and responsive customer service group. For the foreseeable future, Print Products will retain its focus on delivering high quality customer service and technical support to its foundation of customers under its existing name and representatives – the Cloud family will still be intimately involved in the day-to-day operations.
Last year, Mark Andy, Inc. underwent a transition in leadership, and since then, the company has dedicated much effort and continues to remain focused on building a strong foundation of products and services to improve and enhance its relationships with its customers. “The acquisition of Print Products reinforces the dedication we have toward customer support. I am very excited to welcome Print Products to Mark Andy, as they become part of our ever-growing customer support effort,” says Bryan Kackley, Mark Andy’s aftermarket sales director.
