Prati to showcase SATURN and DIGI COMPACT at LOUPE Americas 2026

Prati will highlight two complementary solutions at LOUPE 2026 (Hall C-3529), presenting its SATURN and DIGI COMPACT platforms as part of a broader strategy to help converters increase flexibility, streamline production, and adapt to evolving label market demands.

SATURN, Prati’s high-speed slitter inspection rewinder, is built on a fully modular architecture designed to accommodate a wide range of finishing, inspection, and converting applications. Configurable for industries including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, the platform features automated make-ready functionality to simplify job changeovers, along with advanced motion control and FASTCUT technology for precise and reliable cutting across diverse substrates. At the show, SATURN will be demonstrated in a compact configuration with integrated unwind, slitting, rewind, and 100% inspection capabilities.

Alongside it, DIGI COMPACT addresses the growing demand for digital label finishing. The compact system offers a 450 mm roll-to-stack configuration, with the flexibility to support roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet workflows. Designed for digitally printed self-adhesive and linerless labels, the line operates at speeds up to 80 m/min and features an optimized web path to reduce waste and setup time. A flexo unit with UV and IR drying expands functionality to include coating and spot printing.
