Harper Corporation of America has announced the addition of Dallas Price to its sales team, further strengthening the company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions and technical expertise to the flexographic printing industry.

With a strong background as an ink technician, Price brings years of pressroom experience and customer-focused problem solving to his new role. His technical knowledge and understanding of pressroom operations position him to support customers with practical solutions and industry insight.

“Harper is known for quality in the printing industry, and the company’s mission statement shows why,” says Price. “Harper is not just participating in flexographic printing — the company is leading the way in making positive changes within the industry.”

Customer support

Since joining Harper, Dallas has quickly demonstrated initiative and a strong understanding of customer needs during training and onboarding.

“Dallas has a deep understanding of the printing process and strong customer troubleshooting skills, which are extremely valuable in sales today,” says Justin Ramirez. “He immediately took the initiative to research customer history within the Harper system to better support quoting and recommendations.”

Company culture

Price adds that one of the most rewarding parts of joining Harper has been experiencing the company’s culture and professionalism. “I have been impressed with the level of professionalism at Harper,” he notes. “Every training session has been well thought out and informative. I still have a lot to learn, but Harper’s training has prepared me to succeed.”

After years of success in technical service roles, Price is excited about transitioning into sales. “After working successfully as an ink technician for many years, I really wanted to move into sales,” explains Price. “Now I have the opportunity to represent a company that is truly an innovative leader within the flexographic printing industry.”
