Dscoop Edge Slovenia recently took place from June 10-12, 2026, in Ljubljana. The event offered more than 40 sessions across five focused tracks.

Attendees learned directly from HP Industrial Print users about the successes, challenges, and trends in the digital printing space.

Members of the Dscoop staff share reflections on the experience, some moments that stood out, and what they’ll remember from an unforgettable time in Ljubljana.

Juliana Pivoto, Americas Community Success manager, said, “My first Dscoop conference in Europe was a truly lovely experience. Ljubljana was enchanting, and the smaller setting gave everything a cozy feel, making it incredibly easy to bump into familiar faces and meet new ones. I loved it. The community rocked. Whenever I heard “this is great” (which happened a lot), my answer was always the same: ‘We’ll do it again in Charlotte next year.’ I hope to see you there.”

Peter van Teeseling, executive director, said, “The many conversations I’ve had and seen happen during Edge Slovenia tell the story of community. It’s hard to imagine when planning the event if the attendees will be open to talk. Seeing it happen, feeling the energy, and sensing a good vibe of smart optimism is a humbling experience. The effort the attendees make to have a good event and show up to share in the success of the show and community is a great gift for us as an organization. It is the fuel we run on.”

Meanwhile, Yaroslava Camacho, Global Program and Events director, added, “It’s always a delight to see the Dscoop magic in action, and Edge Slovenia was no exception. From the impromptu conversations to the smiling faces, seeing the joy and connection among all attendees was all we as the Dscoop team could have asked for. There’s no greater reward after months of planning than seeing people learning, networking, and exploring new ideas.”

Chris Hyde, marketing and creative director, concluded, “I heard it more times that I can remember: Alongside all of the smiles and hugs, I heard the phrase, ‘I forgot how amazing it was to get together like this.’ Seven years is a long time. I did not realize the effect it has had on the EMEA Dscoop community. I didn’t think people would forget ‘How to Dscoop.’

“It was great to see the first-time attendees experience one of our events for the first time — truly blown away at the collaboration happening on the Solutions Showcase floor, in sessions, and in the common areas,” Hyde continued. “To see long-time members react to being back together after such a hiatus gave me goosebumps – and also gave me pause. I am thrilled that the energy of the event matched any we’ve ever hosted, but when I get back to my desk, my goal is to make sure we keep strengthening the connections and build on the positive momentum moving forward, so no one forgets ‘How to Dscoop’ anytime soon.”
