AVT will present its latest print inspection and quality automation technologies at LOUPE Americas 2026, focusing on how AI-driven systems are transforming defect detection into a broader tool for production optimization.

At booth #3523, the company will demonstrate its 100% inspection systems, including the Helios platform, showing how real-time data analysis can support improved efficiency, reduced waste, and more consistent print performance. Integrated across presses, rewinders, and finishing equipment, AVT’s systems provide continuous visibility into production, enabling converters to identify trends, shorten setup times, and maintain quality at high speeds.

As inspection technology evolves, AVT is emphasizing the role of intelligence and data processing in differentiating solutions. “AI is transforming inspection from a standalone quality control function into a data-driven decision engine,” says Guy Yogev, VP of marketing and product at AVT. “It enables converters to improve uptime, consistency, and overall production performance.”

In addition to defect detection, the company will highlight new data exporting and dashboarding tools designed to enhance automation, machine monitoring, and production control. These capabilities allow operators to move beyond reactive quality checks toward proactive process optimization.

LOUPE attendees will also see a live demonstration of AVT’s multi-layer varnish inspection technology, designed to address one of the more complex quality challenges in label and flexible packaging production.

“With two AVT Helios systems at the center of our display, visitors will see how data-driven inspection empowers smarter production decisions,” adds Yogev. “Not only in detecting challenging print defects, color variations, and mis-registration, but also leveraging production data to continuously optimize performance.”

“We’re excited to demonstrate how AI supports our data processing and waste removal workflows within the Helios platform, enabling smarter daily production decisions and helping customers truly spot the difference between inspection approaches available in the market,” he continues. “LOUPE visitors will also be among the first to discover our new data exporting and dashboarding tools, supporting enhanced automation, machine monitoring, and production control.”
