EMT and MPS have partnered to introduce the Chameleon RobustCut at Labelexpo. There are live daily demonstrations of this new Side Load Die Station at MPS booth 911.
Chameleon RobustCut combines quick change features with a robust design. The new modular diecutting solution for the narrow web market offers quick operator friendly die exchange in one minute or less without the need to use a hoist. The robust design of the RobustCut brings the stability of this side load die station to the level of vertical die stations.
The RobustCut features include side loading of dies from a pre-staged cart, eliminating the requirement of hoist or operator lifting. Speeds to 650 feet per minute at web widths from 13 to 20 inches are standard. Demonstrations of the Robust Cut Die-Cut unit are taking place four times a day at the MPS booth.
