Danish label specialists OG FlexoPrint and OG Labelco have strengthened their production capabilities with two new Nilpeter FA-17 flexo presses. One press will be installed at each production site in Denmark.

Both companies are part of Optimum Group, one of Europe’s leading label converters. The investments support the group’s focus on strengthening production platforms, enabling growth, and responding to demand for reliable and flexible label solutions.

OG FlexoPrint, based in Randers, has supplied self-adhesive labels for over four decades, serving customers across many industries. OG Labelco, headquartered in Hinnerup, is recognised for its expertise in food and consumer packaging labels, with a focus on quality, food safety and sustainable production.

The two new FA-17 presses will provide production flexibility, faster changeovers, and efficiency. This enables both companies to optimise operations, increase capacity, and maintain the service levels customers expect.

For André Prophitius, CEO of Optimum Group, the investments are a natural step in the group’s strategy. He says, “At Optimum Group, we continuously invest in our companies to ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry. OG FlexoPrint and OG Labelco are strong businesses with skilled teams and loyal customer bases.

“The addition of two new FA-17 presses gives us greater flexibility, efficiency and capacity, while supporting our ambition to deliver high-quality products and reliable service. We have enjoyed a close partnership with Nilpeter for many years, and their technology continues to play an important role in our production platform.”

For Lars-Ole Nauta, CEO of Optimum Group Nordics, the investment confirms the strong position of both Danish companies in the Scandinavian market.

“With these investments, OG FlexoPrint and OG Labelco are better equipped to support customers in a market where flexibility, speed, and quality are increasingly important. Both companies have a strong local presence, experienced teams, and customer relationships. The new Nilpeter FA-17 presses allow us to build further on that foundation and continue developing our platform in Denmark,” Nauta says.

The order strengthens the long-standing relationship between Nilpeter and Optimum Group. Jesper Jørgensen, global sales director at Nilpeter, says the FA-17 has proven itself as an efficient and versatile platform, and that Nilpeter looks forward to supporting both companies.

With the new installations, OG FlexoPrint and OG Labelco build on their positions in the Scandinavian label market, while reinforcing Optimum Group’s commitment to modern technology and value across Europe.
