MCC names Carmen Becker president of Americas

Most recently, she served as president of Honeywell Sensing Solutions and previously held senior leadership positions at Tetra Pak and Amcor.

MCC has announced that Carmen Becker has joined the company as president, Americas, effective July 6, 2026.

Becker brings extensive experience leading global businesses and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Most recently, she served as president of Honeywell Sensing Solutions and previously held senior leadership positions at Tetra Pak and Amcor.

Throughout her career, she has led complex organizations, accelerated growth, and driven operational and commercial transformation. Becker is known for building high-performing, collaborative teams and creating innovative, customer-centric cultures that drive long-term value creation.

In her role at MCC, Becker will serve as the P&L leader for the Americas, with responsibility for driving profitable growth and operational performance across the region. She will focus on strengthening commercial execution, deepening customer partnerships, improving forecasting discipline, and advancing operational outcomes. These include quality, service levels, onboarding, and productivity, while building a more integrated and high-performing organization.

Becker will also play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to MCC’s broader cultural transformation by reinforcing accountability, building critical capabilities across the organization, and ensuring the company remains focused on delivering value for our customers. She will be instrumental in strengthening how the company operates as one MCC – aligned, focused, and execution oriented.

Becker holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Materials Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She will be based in Atlanta, GA, USA.
