The Association for Roll-to-Roll Converters (ARC) has elected its 2026–2027 Board of Directors during its annual meeting held at the R2R USA Conference & Expo in Cleveland.

Greg Williams of ANPI Consulting was elected president, moving up from vice president. Todd Luman of Interprint, Inc. was named vice president, and Martha Sloboda of Duraco Specialty Materials was elected treasurer. Bob Pasquale of New Era Machinery transitions to past president.

The board also includes returning Directors-at-Large Bill Barlow (Printpack), Bill Devine (Carestream Contract Manufacturing), Andy Palmer (Procter & Gamble), and Mike Sellers (MTorres Diseños Industriales), alongside newly elected members Julie Beaudry (Flexcon Company, Inc.) and Ana Lyra (Oben Group).

Williams emphasized continued industry collaboration and member engagement as key priorities. “I’m committed to ensuring ARC fully supports every member as we work together to grow the global converting industry,” he says.

The addition of Beaudry and Lyra brings expanded expertise in quality, specialty materials, and flexible packaging innovation. Both are expected to contribute to ARC’s ongoing efforts in education, technical development, and industry connectivity.

Following the election, ARC recognized outgoing past president Andrew Jack of Emerson & Renwick with the ARC Service Award for a decade of contributions to the association. The organization also acknowledged Robert Malay for completing his third term as a Director-at-Large.

The new leadership team reflects ARC’s continued focus on advancing the roll-to-roll converting sector through collaboration, technical knowledge sharing, and support across the global supply chain.
