AstroNova, Inc. has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by private equity firm Arcline Investment Management. The deal is an all-cash transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately $272 million. AstroNova shareholders will receive $29.00 per share in cash. Upon completion of the transaction, AstroNova will become a privately held company.

The transaction was unanimously approved by AstroNova’s board of directors and follows the company’s previously announced review of strategic alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value. 

Meanwhile, Belmark Inc., a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, flexible packaging, and folding cartons in De Pere, WI, USA, has broken ground on a new Family Center at its corporate campus. Representing an investment of more than $15 million, the Family Center reflects Belmark’s commitment to employee well-being and family support.
