Rosas Maschinenbau has expanded the capabilities of its Leopard 300 RFID inspection system with the addition of an integrated code verifier, transforming the tabletop platform into a comprehensive RFID quality-control solution for label and packaging converters.

The new feature combines ISO/IEC 15415 code verification with RFID encoding and inspection at speeds of up to 80,000 tags per hour. The system reads and grades printed codes while ensuring accurate 1:1 data transfer between printed QR codes or barcodes and their corresponding RFID tags.

The all-in-one solution enables converters to inspect both the optical quality and functionality of RFID tags, process and verify variable data, inspect labels containing embedded RFID inlays, and automatically identify and remove defective tags through re-inspection. By consolidating these capabilities into a single platform, the Leopard 300 RFID is designed to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen quality assurance processes.

The company will demonstrate the new technology at LOUPE Americas 2026 on Booth 6133. Also on display will be the Viper 750 rewinder, featuring Rosas Maschinenbau’s Infinity 4K inspection system. Operating at web speeds up to 750 m/min, the system is designed to deliver high-performance inspection and rewinding for demanding label and packaging applications.

Sharing the booth with Rosas Maschinenbau, Graph-Tech USA will demonstrate its LabelRunner digital imprinting system, which combines the Rosas Gazelle 2 platform with the GTUS eZ-Colorjet industrial inkjet printer to provide an affordable, high-speed solution for producing imprinted labels and booklets.

“Loupe Americas is an excellent opportunity to connect with label and packaging converters and showcase the new code verifier and our latest developments for the Leopard 300 RFID platform,” says Maurice Rosas, head of production at Rosas Maschinenbau.
