TLMI has opened registration for its 2026 TLMI Annual Meeting, inviting members and industry partners to gather at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA, October 25-27, 2026, for the association’s premier annual event. The Annual Meeting sponsorship prospectus is also open to all members.

Following the success of Annual Meeting 2025 – the largest Annual Meeting in 20 years – TLMI says it is building on that momentum with a clear focus for 2026: delivering the insights, connections, and practical solutions members need to navigate today’s rapidly changing business environment.

This year’s theme – “Built for Monday” – reflects TLMI’s commitment to providing attendees with ideas they can put to work immediately.

“The record attendance at Annual Meeting 2025 demonstrated that our members view TLMI as much more than an association they belong to,” says Dale Coates, TLMI CEO and president. “They see TLMI as an extension of their businesses, a trusted resource that provides the information, relationships, and tools they need to make the best decisions for their companies. Annual Meeting 2026 is being intentionally designed around that promise.”

TLMI’s Annual Meeting is the association’s largest event of the year, bringing together converters, suppliers, affiliates, and industry leaders to collaborate, network, learn, and build relationships vital to the future of their companies and the label and packaging industry.

Under the theme “Built for Monday: Ideas You Can Put to Work Immediately,” attendees will experience content curated around real-world challenges and opportunities facing the industry today. Session will be designed to provide practical takeaways, actionable insights, and peer-to-peer learning that can be applied immediately upon returning to work.

“This year’s theme reflects our commitment to delivering immediate value,” comments Mark Glendenning, chairman of the TLMI Board of Directors. “If attendees can’t take something back and put it to work next week, then we haven’t done our job. Every element of the program is intentionally designed to help members strengthen their businesses and prepare for what’s ahead.”

The meeting agenda will feature:

  • A State of the Industry discussion with key industry partners
  • An Economic Update focused on business trends and market forces
  • Practical strategies to help customers recycle liner and advance sustainability goals
  • Speed networking designed to foster meaningful new connections
  • Calvin Frost Sustainability Leadership Awards story highlights
  • A leadership-focused motivational keynote presentation

TLMI says that together, these sessions exemplify TLMI’s commitment to community, insight, and advocacy – values that remain at the heart of the association and the Annual Meeting experience.

“Whether attendees are looking for economic insight, sustainability solutions, leadership development, or the opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges, they will leave with practical ideas they can put to work immediately within their organizations,” adds Kristin Yerecic Scott, chair-elect of TLMI.

Members are encouraged to register early and take advantage of Early Bird Member Pricing of $1,395, available through August 31. After the deadline, the regular member registration rate will be $1,525. Additional registration options include $995 for guests and $2,295 for non-members.
