LGInternational, a label converter based in Portland, OR, USA, has launched a line of high temperature labels and ribbons for marking of printed circuit boards (PCB). These labels, made of Kapton (polyimide), are lead-free and come in four standard sizes. They can withstand temperatures to 1,000° F (538° C, making them useful for lead-free soldering during printed circuit board manufacturing.
Labels are supplied in rolls of 10,000 and are available individually or in convenient label and ribbon combination packages. LGI also manufactures custom high temperature labels in a variety of substrates and sizes based on client specific needs.
LGInternational develops advanced labeling solutions for a variety of markets, including semiconductor, storage media, life sciences, and electronics. The company manufactures clean room labels, product identification and bar code labels, high temperature labels, cryogenic and autoclave labels, front panel overlays, diecut parts, ESD/RFI/EMI insulators and shields, thermal molded and film insert molded 3D parts, regulatory compliant labels (UL, CSA, RoHS, WEEE), and tamper, temperature and moisture indicating labels.
