The annual Best Workplace in the Americas awards are designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts that contribute to a successful workplace. A panel of respected HR professionals from the print industry judged entrants against benchmarking categories that promote the most sought-after qualities of today's workforce, including: Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Work Environment & Safety. Inland was commended by judges on their work environment, insurance benefits and charitable activities.
