Since the cancellation of our seminar two weeks ago, FINAT has been reviewing the various scenarios regarding the organization of its annual event in Rome, Italy. Given the recent developments, it will come as no surprise that FINAT has also had to eliminate the European Label Forum (ELF) from its industry calendar.
The next main ELF will now be held in the final week of May 2021. More information will follow soon.
"In the meantime, we plan to integrate parts of the ELF into the Technical Seminar, which will be held in November/December 2020 in Barcelona, Spain. The exact date and further details will be communicated soon," FINAT says in a statement. "We regret having had to take this decision, but your safety, health and well-being come first."
FINAT wishes to express its sympathy with the members of the European label community and their local associations that have been hurt and hit by the crisis, especially in Italy but increasingly also in other countries as the coronavirus continues its journey around Europe and elsewhere.
