Loftware, Inc., an enterprise labeling and artwork management specialist, has announced it is one of only seven companies recognized by Business NH Magazine as a Hall of Fame recipient for “Best Companies to Work for.” This marks the third year running as a Hall of Fame recipient, following four consecutive years which Loftware was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in New Hampshire.
Business NH Magazine selects and recognizes businesses that go out of their way to create a high engagement workplace for their employees. Winners and Hall of Fame recipients have been highlighted as companies that showcase how developing a respectful, creative and supportive corporate culture can help a company succeed.
“Being recognized as a Hall of Fame recipient is a special honor which highlights Loftware’s dedication and consistent commitment to our valued employees,” stated Loftware President & CEO, Robert O’Connor. “Of course, this year has been especially challenging with many people working at home due to the current pandemic. However, we have continued to support our employees and their families during these difficult times. We are fortunate to have so many wonderful, hardworking people that have continued to excel even while working in these unique new conditions,” he adds.
The annual “Best Companies to Work For” competition includes an employee engagement survey that requires participation from at least 50% of the company’s workforce. Employers also are required to complete an extensive survey detailing benefits and workplace practices. A judging panel combines all of the results to recognize the select companies that “exceeded the bar of excellence.”
Loftware continues to add to their growing staff and currently has a variety of job postings.
