Tageos, a French specialist in RFID inlays and tags, has announced the appointment of Karin Fabri as its new VP of marketing with immediate effect. In creating and filling this new position with an experienced manager in Fabri, Tageos further strengthens its go-to-market course and global market position.
Karin Fabri is a marketing executive with two decades of global leadership experience at both fast-growth and established companies in the RFID and Information Technology industries. She brings a wealth of digital, product and technology marketing know-how to Tageos, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing and communications programs, translating business objectives into marketing strategies, and creating brand identities to drive revenue opportunities. In her new role, Karin is responsible for leading and further developing the company’s global marketing and communications unit with a clear focus on value creation, customer requirements, market needs and brand innovation. She is based in Germany, and reports to Matthieu Picon, CEO at Tageos. She has also joined the company’s Senior Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Tageos, Karin held senior marketing & communications positions at United Internet, Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent, and most recently she was Senior Vice President Marketing & Communications at Smartrac Technology. She is a graduate in economics and business administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Commercial College in Koblenz, Germany.
