Grace Engebretsen has taken on the role of sales and business development manager in the US, Sihl has announced. The move strengthens the company's activities in the packaging division, where her focus will be on accelerating the business unit’s development in the American market, combined with building the Sihl Artysio brand.
In her previous positions in the area of sales and business development at Avery Dennison, Zip-Pak, and Innovia Films, she gained valuable experience in the flexible packaging industry. She is regarded in the industry as an experienced professional, problem solver and innovation driver with extensive contacts.
“Grace will give a further boost to the expansion of the Sihl Group’s Artysio packaging division in North America and provide customers in the flexible packaging sector with competent on-site support in the form of customized solutions and professional advice,” says Ronny Kunze, director of global sales and business development packaging.
In addition to this, the supply chain has been set up and the range of services for the new Artysio packaging division has been expanded, so that customers can now be supplied more quickly from the American site in Fiskeville and supported locally.
