ARC International has entered into a new partnership with Canada-based flexographic specialists DTM Flexo Services Inc. to represent its line of anilox and glue roller set products and services in Canada. In addition, they are announcing their North American partnership for the launch of “Vortex” a new technology aimed at corrugated post print. A North American supplier of ink metering rollers and services in the flexographic printing industry, ARC International has strategic manufacturing sites in Charlotte, NC and Las Vegas, NV.
This partnership brings two like-minded companies together; both are committed to delivering a superior customer experience and service for Canadian customers.
The location of ARC’s manufacturing site in Las Vegas, NV, makes it ideal for servicing Central and Western Canadian customers, offering faster lead times than its East Coast competitors. The HQ manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC can readily service Eastern Canada customers. The dedicated customer service teams that work directly with Kerry Byrne at DTM engage directly with Canadian customers bonding a personal relationship to really understand their needs, requirements and timeframes. Service is key to keeping customers satisfied. ARC’s combination of plant locations, customer service and “Shipping Made Easy” (SME) means Canadian customers can be assured that from collection to delivery the ARC team will be providing the very best in quality and service.
DTM Flexo Services will be the exclusive representative in Canada for ARC International with Kerry Byrne, Technical Sales Director for DTM, heading up the sales of the ARC International product lines for the Canadian market.
