Mark Andy expands presence in China
Narrow web press manufacturer Mark Andy recently opened an advanced technical educational and demonstration facility in Shanghai, in conjunction with United Printing Equipment Ltd. The facility houses a Mark Andy 4150 16" eight-color press, an inventory of replacement parts for a variety of Mark Andy and Comco machines, and a classroom for print and technical training sessions.
Mark Andy, based in St. Louis, MO, USA, has begun a program to certify its supporting organizations as “World Class Converting” facilities.
“World Class Converting is a high level of defined criteria that allows Mark Andy, Comco and all of its supporting organizations to attain the highest quality and consistency of service and support throughout the world. Mark Andy/United Printing is one of the first facilities to earn the Certified Demonstration and Certified Service classifications,” says Mark Andy President Paul Brauss.
