PRP, a provider of creative design, brand management services, prepress and printing plates, has announced it has been awarded WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) certification by the State of Indiana through the Department of Minority & Women Business Development.

With products designed to streamline the production chain, PRP offers creative design, brand management & prepress for all print processes along with patented and patent-pending printing plate solutions at one of the largest single location production facilities in all of North America.
In other news, PRP has acquired NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists Inc. NPP, also located in Indianapolis, is a prepress and flexographic printing plate provider. NPP, will transfer all operations to PRP’s Indianapolis location upon close of the transaction, however, it will retain the manufacturing rights of its’ subsidiary, Innovative Plate Solutions’ CushionCore. CushionCore is a proprietary compressible photopolymer printing plate. PRP will become the distributor of CushionCore along with its’ product line-up, which includes Digital ExSpect, the industry’s first digital flat-top-dot flexographic printing plate.
