DPR Labeling introduces two roll-to-roll converting machines recommended for middle to high volume label productions, Taurus powered by laser technology while Aries equipped with semi rotary module.
The Taurus is powered by CO
2 laser source operates up to 30m/min.
This working speed depends on the label path complexity and media type to being cut. Being that the process is 100% digital, this will avoid wasting money in tooling. And thanks to the short footprint, the media waste during the loading process will be extremely limited.
You also have the ability to adjust different levels of power, this added feature will make it possible to obtain multiple type of cuts at the same pass.
While the Aries, equipped with a solid semi-rotary module, operates up to 20m/min.
Its versatile, easy to use and was designed for recurring jobs where the flexibility is not the priority.
Both systems are capable of laminating, die cutting, waste removal, slitting and rewinding with the opportunity to install inline the UV varnish module accessory.
