This weekend I am heading to Belgium to get a glimpse of what Xeikon has in store for the label industry at Labelexpo Europe 2017. In addition to learning what the Digital Division of Flint Group has planned for Brussels, I'm equally excited to visit the third Xeikon Cafe – a learning experience that incorporates all of Xeikon's partners at every stage of the labels and package printing workflow.
I was in attendance at the inaugural Xeikon Cafe, and I am eager to see firsthand how the event has evolved. A lot has changed in two years – the company was acquired by Flint Group, for starters, but also, we've seen wide market acceptance of the 98 fpm Xeikon Cheetah...
...And just now I received a cryptic message from Filip Weymans, Xeikon's vice president of marketing. This is what he sent:
Just what are these folks up to? Can't wait to find out!
